In this study comparing net clinical benefit across secondary prevention regimens in patients with antiphospholipid antibody-related stroke/transient ischemic attack, the strongest signal favoring antiplatelets was a lower major bleeding hazard, particularly with dual antiplatelet therapy versus warfarin.
